The best thing you can do for your business is occasionally stop running it.

Light reflections creating rippled patterns on the surface of water.
A bedroom with a white bed, wooden headboard, and decorative wooden wall art, next to a small round wooden side table with a flower arrangement and a wall-mounted light fixture.
A luxurious outdoor pool area at sunset, surrounded by white modern buildings, lush greenery, and tropical plants, with seating areas and a scenic landscape in the background.
Modern living room with wooden furniture, white cushions, large glass sliding doors opening to an outdoor patio with greenery and outdoor seating, decorated with woven pendant lights.

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from being capable, committed, and completely without space to think. Most health professionals and women in business know it well. The diary is full, the to-do list is longer than yesterday, and the strategic thinking keeps getting pushed to whenever things slow down.

Things do not slow down.

My retreats exist for exactly this reason. Not as a reward for getting on top of everything, because that moment rarely comes, but as a deliberate investment in the clarity, connection, and strategic thinking that makes everything else easier.

Four days in a beautiful location with a small group of people who understand the pressures you are working under. Structured enough to be productive. Spacious enough to think.

The people who will get the most from this retreat.

My retreats bring together women in business who are ready to step away from the day-to-day and do some genuine thinking about where they are and where they want to go.

You are in the right place if:

  • You are a professional who has been running hard and needs space to think strategically

  • You are a woman in business who wants a transformational retreat experience that combines real business thinking with genuine rest

  • You value honest conversation and peer connection over surface networking

  • You are ready to leave with a clear plan to move forward

This is probably not the right fit if:

  • You are looking for a purely social or wellness experience with no business focus

  • You are not open to being challenged on how you are currently running your business

  • You need a large group environment to feel energised

  • "The AI Connection and Business Ecosystems Retreat was such a valuable experience for me. Jen has an incredible way of making AI and business systems feel simple, practical and achievable. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, which made it easy to slow down and have ideas flow, think clearly about my business and have really meaningful conversations with other business owners. I left with clearer direction, practical tools I can start using straight away and formed new connections with some amazing professionals."

Eliza Kelly, Director & Practitioner, Empathia Support Services.

  • "Attending the business retreat at Lon was an incredible experience. The setting alone created the perfect space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with why we do what we do. The balance between relaxation and purposeful business conversations was spot on. I came away not only feeling refreshed but also with several new business ideas and practical strategies I am excited to implement. One of the most valuable aspects was the connections made with other professionals. The conversations, shared experiences, and genuine support in the room created something really special. It was absolutely value for money and an experience I would recommend to anyone wanting space to reflect, reset, and grow their business in a beautiful and supportive environment"

  • "Jen and Katrina created an exceptional retreat experience that was both thoughtfully designed and seamlessly delivered. The learning environment was relaxed, collaborative and incredibly conducive to exploring new ideas. I gained practical insights into integrating AI into my business systems, which has significantly increased my confidence and clarity moving forward. Just as valuable was the opportunity to connect with such thoughtful and inspiring people. I left feeling grounded, energised and genuinely excited about the future direction of my business"

FAQs

5

How is this different from a wellness retreat?

1

This is a business mastermind retreat for women and health professionals that combines strategic business thinking with genuine rest and connection. It is not a purely wellness experience, and it is not a conference. It is structured enough to be productive and spacious enough to think.

What does a typical day look like?

2

Each retreat has its own program, but past retreats have included facilitated business strategy sessions, peer-led problem solving, business ecosystem mapping, yoga, meditation, locally sourced meals, and access to luxury wellness facilities. The balance between structured work and genuine rest is intentional.

how many people attend?

3

Every retreat is capped at a maximum of ten participants. This is a deliberate decision, not a logistical one. Small groups create the conditions for honest conversation, genuine connection, and the kind of peer support that does not happen in a room of thirty people.

This is a question for your accountant, but many professionals who attend as part of their professional development find that retreats of this nature are claimable. We will provide a full program of activities, including number of hours spent in facilitated training. We recommend seeking advice from your financial adviser.

Will I leave with an actual plan?

4

Can I claim the retreat as a business expense?

Yes. Leaving with clarity and a practical plan you can implement is the point. Past participants have consistently noted that the combination of strategic sessions, peer input, and genuine thinking time produces tangible direction, not just inspiration.
